Minutes 1-2, 7-8 & 13-14: False Grip Ring Row x 6-8 reps
Minutes 3-4, 9-10 & 15-16: Wall Walk x 4-5 reps
Minutes 5-6, 11-12 & 17-18: Hanging Leg Raise (legs straight) or Strict Toes to Bar x 5-8 reps @ 3111 tempo

B) Every 4 minutes, for 20 minutes (5 sets):
400 Meter Run
40 Double-Unders (15 attempts)
20 Push-Ups (thighs off floor, chest to floor)

A) Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
Hang Clean (above knee) + Low Hang Clean (2″ below knee)

B) For max reps:
90 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 60 seconds
60 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups
Rest 30 seconds
30 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-Ups

C) For Time
15-12-9
Thrusters 95/65
