8 Bar Facing Burpees
8 Front Rack Alternating Lunges  (4 each leg)
8 Toes To Bar

A) 3 sets of:
Back Squat x 4 reps (Heavier than last week)
Rest 2-3 minutes

B) 20 minute AMRAP
8 Overhead Alternating Lunges 95/65  (4 each leg)
8 Bar Facing Burpees
8 Overhead Alternating Lunges 95/65 (4 each leg)
8 Toes To Bar
