A) 4 sets of:
Overhead Squat x 8 reps
Rest 45 seconds 
High Hang Snatch High Pull x 8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Snatch Grip Behind The Neck Press x 8 reps
Rest 45 seconds

B) 8 Rounds For Time
5 Toes To Bar
10 Air Squats
15 Double Unders  (or 10 attempts)  

A) Every 30 seconds, for 5 minutes:
Tall Snatch x 2 reps

B) Every minute, on the minute, for 12 minutes:
High Hang Snatch x 1 rep

Keep these on the light and crisp side today, like an easy drinking pilsner.

C) For Time:
25 Toes-to-Bars
50 Air Squats
60 Double-Unders
20 Toes-to-Bars
40 Air Squats
60 Double-Unders
15 Toes-to-Bars
30 Air Squats
