16 Burpees to plate

Snatch Balance X 2 reps
rest 2 minutes
(MUST be fast under the bar, Work up to a heavy double)

B) 3 sets of:
Snatch Grip Behind the Neck Press x 8-10 reps
rest 90 seconds 

C) 20 minute AMRAP
16 Single Arm Kettlebell or Dumbbell Snatch 50/30 8/arm
16 Calorie Row or 12 Calorie Bike
16 Burpees to plate
