8 Kipping Handstand Pushups (play with headstands or Pike Pushups from a box or L Seated DB Press)
8 Toes To Bar
8 Dumbbell Floor Press

A) 3 sets of:
Back Squat
Set 1: 5 reps @ 75%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 85%
Set 3: 1+ reps @95% (Max Reps)
rest 2 minutes
