6 Useful Things Powerlifters Can Do Between Their Sets -BarBend

A) 2 sets of:
Back Squat x 10 reps
rest 90 seconds

B) 2 sets of:
Front Squat x 10 reps
rest 90 seconds

Move from the Back Squat directly to the Front Squat. Increase weight only if its appropriate.

C) 3-4 sets for times  (depending on time)
15 Wallballs
15 Burpees
15 Calories Row

rest up to 5 minutes

A) 2 sets of:
Back Squat x 10 reps
rest 90 seconds

B) 2 sets of:
Front Squat x 10 reps
rest 90 seconds
