rest 90 seconds

B) 2 sets of:
Front Squat x 10 reps
rest 90 seconds

Move from the Back Squat directly to the Front Squat. Increase weight only if its appropriate.

C) Every 7 minutes, for 21 minutes (3 sets):
Row 500 meters
10 Burpee Box Jump/Step Overs
10 Toes To Bar

A) 2 sets of:
