A) On the minute, for 21 minutes (7 sets):
Minute 1:  Close Grip Bench Press x 3 reps @ 75-80%
Minute 2: Row 250 meters
Minute 3: Side Plank Kettle Bell Hold x 30 seconds each side

B) On the minute for 21 minutes (7 sets):
Minute 1: 5 Man Makers  20/35
Minute 2: Burpee x 10-12 reps
Minute 3: Sled Push x 30 seconds  (keep light enough so that you can stay moving at a brisk pace for 30 seconds)

Start on different minutes to share equipment. Two people could start on each minute and easily accommodate 12 people. The limiter will be the two sleds. For the sleds, two people will use them for 30 seconds. So really four people could use the sleds within a minute. So there could potentially be six groups of four! YAYYY!!!!
