A) On the minute, for 12 minutes:
15 Double Unders + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Power Snatch  
Between 115-175 lbs Men/ 65-95 lbs Women

(This should be light enough that you can make 8 minutes without a problem. After 8 minutes, make it tough)

B) For time:
