CrossFit Open Score Submissions
A reminder for Open competitors: In order for your score to be counted, you must submit your score and judge’s name to the CrossFit Games site by 5pm tonight. If you don’t submit a score, you’ll get a zero for the workout, but you’ll still be allowed to participate in the subsequent workouts.  We had 52 people register for The Open this year! 

Performance is in red, Competition is in blue

A) 3 sets of:
Standing Single-Arm Dumbbell Press x 8-10 reps each arm
Rest 2 minutes

B) 3 sets of:
Push Press x 6 reps
Rest 2 minutes

Build over the sets

C) 4 sets of:
Against a 3-minute running clock:
Row 500/400 Meters (Men/Women)
Floor Press x Max Reps @ 135/85

Rest 3 minutes

(Example: If the row takes two minutes, that leaves one minute to get as many reps as possible on the Floor Press. Get in groups of three if needed.)

A) 3 sets of:
Standing Single-Arm Dumbbell Press x 8-10 reps each arm
Rest 2 minutes

B) 3 sets of:
Push Press x 3 reps
Rest 2 minutes 

Warm up and start the three sets at 80% and build if able.

C) 4 sets of:
Against a 3-minute running clock:
Row 500/400 Meters  (Men/Women)
Bench Press x Max Reps @ (BW/.75xBW) (Men/Women)

Rest 3 minutes

(Example: If the row takes two minutes, that leaves one minute to get as many reps as possible on the Bench Press. If you can’t  Bench your body  weight then choose a weight that you can do at least for 5 reps. Get in groups of three if needed.)
