3 Push Press + 2 Split Jerks
Open with 60% of push press & build by 2-5% each round
rest 2 minutes

B) Handstand Walk
Play 6-10 minutes. Go for 25ft shuttles in unbroken sets of 5ft. Or work on wall runs, freestanding handstand holds, for nose and toes handstand holds.

C) Every 3 minutes, for 3-5 sets:
15 Row/Bike calories
12 Kipping handstand-ups*
9 Front squats @33% 1RM
