Min 2: 25 Russian Swings 70/53
Min 3: Easy Assault bike recovery

More pushing and pulling today. Scale the weight instead of the reps except for the pull-ups and handstand pushups. The handstand pushup can be scaled to 50 second handstand hold or kick ups. The goal is high repetitions with light-ish weights.
