A) 5 set of:
Pause Front Squat x 2 reps
Pause 2 full seconds in the bottom.
rest 30 seconds 
Max rep pushups in 60 seconds 
rest 30 seconds 

B) In Teams of 2-3, alternate whole rounds to complete 7 rounds each of:
10 Box Jumps 24/20
5 Deadlifts 225/155

A) 5 set of:
Pause Front Squat x 2 reps @ 80%
Pause 2 full seconds in the bottom. 
rest 2 minutes 

B) One set of:
Pause Front Squat x Max reps @85%

B) In Teams of 2-3, alternate whole rounds to complete 7 rounds each of:
14 Box Jumps 24/20
7 Deadlifts 225/155
