CrossFit Athlete Trevor Bachmeyer Sets World Record: Fastest Move from First to Last Place- The Overheard Press

A) 3 sets of:
Overhead Squat x 6 reps
rest 60 seconds 
GHD Hip Extension x 10-20 reps
rest 60 seconds 

B) 5 sets of:
High Hang Snatch x 5 reps
rest 45 seconds 
15-20 Abmat Situps
rest 45 seconds 

C) 3 sets of:
Back Squat x 6 reps
rest 60 seconds 
Double Farmer Carry x 100 ft  (wallball wall to jerk blocks and back)
rest 60 seconds 

A) 3 sets of:
Overhead Squat 
Set 1: 6 reps
Set 2: 4 reps
Set 3: 2 reps

rest 2 minutes

Start set one between 60-65% and add 10-20 lbs per set

B) 5 sets of:
Squat Snatch x 2-3 reps between 75-85%
rest as needed

C) 3 sets of:
Back Squat x 2.2.2  @ 70-75%
rest 15 seconds between clusters and 2-3 minutes between sets.

This is called a “Cluster Set”. You will perform 2 reps then rack the weight for 15 seconds then perform another set of 2 and repeat for a total of three sets. Click here to read more about Cluster Sets
