Training and Discipline- Starting Strength

Performance is in red, Competition is in blue, Links are in green

A) 4 sets of:
Strict Press x 2-4 reps
rest 60 seconds
Mixed Grip Pullup x 5-8 reps
rest 60 seconds

For the Press, build over the 4 sets to 75%. On Set 4 go for max reps

B) EMOM Ladder
Minute 1 perform 1 hand-release push-up & 1 strict press @60%
Minute 2 perform 2 hand-release push-ups & 2 strict presses @60%
; Etc… until failure to complete the work in the minute

C) On the minute, for 20 minutes
Minute 1: Row
Minute 2: 10-15 Pushups 
Minute 3: Row 
Minute 4: 15-20 Abmat Situps
Minute 5: rest
