A) Three sets of:
High Hang Power Snatch x 5 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Jumping Squats with Barbell x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds
Side Planks x 30 seconds each side
Rest 60 seconds

B) On the minute, for 20 minutes:
Even minutes – Row Sprint x 30 seconds
Odd minutes – Alternating Dumbbell Snatch x 8 reps

A) On the minute, until failure:
Power Snatch x 1 rep
Start light and slowly build to a heavy single for the day

B) 3 sets of:
Snatch High Pull x 3-5 reps @ 85-90% of 1 RM Snatch
rest 2 minutes 

C) For Time
40-30-20-10
Dumbbell Snatch 50/35
After each set perform 2-3 Rope Climbs
