In teams of two, alternating movements throughout, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
50 Double-Unders
40 Wall Balls
30 Kettlebell Swings
20 Burpees
10 Pull-Ups

Partner A starts with 50 double-unders, Partner B then performs 40 wall ball shots, Partner A then performs 30 kettlebell swings, Partner B does 20 burpees, Partner A does 10 pull-ups, then Partner B does 50 double-unders…and so on.

A) 3 sets of:

Overhead Squat x 10 reps
Keep it light and use it as a warmup

B) Hang Squat Snatch
Ease into 75-80% for multiple singles on the day; No clock, no rush; Aim is to be as solid in the hole as possible with proper shoulder engagement

C) Hang Squat Snatch
If your feeling good, continue building to a heavy single

D) In teams of two Row 300 calories, switching every 30 seconds
