400-meter Run
Max unbroken strict handstand push-ups

Practice descending down the rope effortlessly. Avoid “climbing” down the rope. If your scaling the hspu with a riser and you can get more than 5 reps, you need to use a smaller riser. Scale down with L seated dumbbell press or pike handstand pushup from a box.
