35 second Alternating step-ups 20/16
(rest 25 seconds)

(rest 25 seconds)

 Record Calories for each round, trying to maintain 85-90% aerobic potential throughout; Keep the box low for step ups. Stack a mat in front of a box to make the step 16″.

Rest 5 minutes between A and B

B) On the minute, for 10 minutes:
Odd: 6/4 Calorie Row
Even: 6 Burpees   
Each round add 2 repetitions to be completed for both movements.
