CrossFit Kids Research Brief: Added Sugar -CrossFit Journal

A) 4 sets of:
Back Squats x 8-10 reps 
Rest 60 seconds
Single-Leg Hip Bridge x 10 reps each leg 
Rest 60 seconds

B) 6 Rounds
30 Double Unders
5 Strict Pullups
10 Wallballs 20/14

Scale the Double Unders to singles as needed

A) 3 rounds for time
Back squat wave of 1-2-3-4-5 unbroken loaded with 60% 
After every wave stop to complete 25 wall ball shots 20/14

You must rack the bar between each set and each set must be completed unbroken. 

B) 5-7 Rounds
30 Double unders
10 Strict pronated pull-ups
7 Kipping handstand push-ups

A legit deadhang start and finish on all these pull-up.
Scale range of motion to 1-2 AbMats on the Handstand Push-Ups, or sub Box Piked Handstand Push-Ups or Heavy-ish Dumbbell Push Presses as needed. Pace yourself to work quality over quantity.
