A) 3 sets of:
Front Squat x 2.2.2.2.2 clusters
Rest 15 seconds between clusters and rest 2 1/2 minutes between sets

B) 4 sets of:
400 Meter Run, HARD
15 Toes To Bar
10 Handrelease Pushups
Rest exactly 4 minutes between sets
Complete each set as fast as possible. Do not pace. Hence the longer rest periods. 

A) 3 sets of:
Front Squat x 1.1.1.1.1 clusters
Set 1 @ 75%
Set 2 @80%
Set 3 @85% 
This reads as three total sets
Rest 15 seconds between clusters and rest 2 1/2 minutes between sets 

B) 4 sets of:
400 Meter Run, HARD
15 Toes To Bar
10 Handstand Pushups
Rest exactly 4 minutes between sets
Complete each set as fast as possible. Do not pace. Hence the longer rest periods.
