Station 1: 30 second calorie row
Station 2: 30 second Toes to bar
Station 3: 30 second Handstand push-ups
Station 4: Rest

A) On the minute, for 12 minutes:
Speed Back Squat x 2 reps
Minutes 1-4 @ 70%
Minutes 5-8 @ 75%
Minutes 9-12 @80%

B) On the minute, for 20 minutes
Station 1: 30 second calorie row
Station 2: 30 second Toes to bar
Station 3: 30 second Handstand push-ups
Station 4: Rest
