Odd: 2-5 Strict Pullups

Build over the sets on the deadlift

B) For Time
50 Burpees over the bar
50 Deadlfits 115/75
50 Wallballs 20/14

A) On the minute, for 12 minutes:
2 Deadlifts standing on Band + 2-5 Chest to bar pull-ups

Load the bar with 45% of 1 rep max Deadlift and stand on a green or purple band. Scale the chest to bar with a band so you can get at least 3 reps
