1 Clean + 2 Front Squats
rest 60 seconds 
Toes To Bar x max reps unbroken 
rest 60 seconds 
Dumbell Bench Press x 8-10 reps
rest 60 seconds 

(Power or squat on the Clean. If you cant get 8 reps or more, accumulate until you get 8 reps

B) 4 sets for times:
Assault Bike 12/9 Calories 
12 Seated Bumbell Press 35/20
12 Box Jumps/ Step Ups


A) Exactly 15 minutes to find a max of the following complex:

1 Clean + 3 Front Squats

(If you Power Clean you must perform 3 Front Squats. If you Squat Clean you only have to perform 2 Front Squats.)

B) 4 Rounds For Time

10 unbroken Toes to Bar
15 Handstand Pushups

Time Cap *18 minutes 

(Toes to bar MUST be completed without dropping from the bar. If you drop, start that set over.)
