Strict banded chest to bar pullups x 5 reps 
rest 2 minutes 

B) Partner WOD
18 minute AMRAP at 70%
50-ft Walking lunges 
16/13 Calorie Row
8 Toes to bar

Both partners are working and rotate conga line style. Partner A cannot roate off the lunge until Partner B has rotated off the row.

A) 5 sets of:
Strict false grip chest to ring pullups x 5 reps in as few of fractions as possible
rest 2 minutes 

B) Partner WOD
18 minute AMRAP at 70%
50-ft Dumbell front rack lunges 50/35
16/13 Calorie Row
8 Toes to bar

Both partners are working and rotate conga line style. Partner A cannot roate off the lunge until Partner B has rotated off the row.
