A) Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Pause Snatch 
Set 1: 3 reps @50%
Set 2: 3 reps @60%
Set 3-4: 3 reps @70%
Set 5-6: 2 reps @75%
Set 7-8: 1 rep @80%

Pause for a full second at the bottom of each rep
