How to Teach Your T-Spine to Bend- Breaking Muscle

A) For Time
5-4-3-2-1 of:
Strict Pull-ups
Thrusters 95/65
*Every minute, on the minute, 3 burpees, starting at 00:00
*12 minute time cap

The thruster should be on the heavy side

B) On the minute, for 12 minutes:
Odd: 4 Pull-ups
Even: 4 Thrusters 75/55
Each round add 2 repetitions to each movement 

A) For Time
5-4-3-2-1 of:
Ring muscle-ups
Thrusters 135/95
*Every minute, on the minute, 3 burpees, starting at 00:00
*12 minute time cap

Scale the volume of muscle ups or use low rings as needed. The thruster should be on the heavy side and sets don’t have to be completed unbroken.

B) On the minute, for 12 minutes:
Even: 4 Chest to bar pull-ups
Odd: 4 Thrusters 95/65
Each round add 2 repetitions to each movement
