B) Row 5000 meters with the monitor flipped over out of  view. Only at the 15 minute mark can you turn the screen over to finish with stats in your view.

A) 5 sets of:
Front Squat x 5 reps
Rest 2 minutes 
Build to a 5 rep max

B) On the minute, for 12 minutes:
Squat Clean x 1 rep
Build up to 95%

C) 3 sets of:
60 second AMRAP squat clean singles at 155/105

Rest 3 minutes between sets
