To Scale or Not to Scale CrossFit Games

A) Every 90 seconds, for 3 sets of each:
Station 1 – Split Jerk x 4 reps 
Station 2 – Dumbbell Death March x 20 steps 
Station 3 – Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold x 30 seconds

B) On the minute, for 20 minutes 
Minute 1 – 18 Wall balls
Minute 2 – 10/7 Bike calories
Minute 3 – 12 Burpees
Minute 4 – 9 Dumbell Push Press 50/35

A) Split Jerk
Set 1: 5 reps
Set 2: 3 reps
Set 3-4: 2 reps
Set 5-6: 1 rep
Open with 50% and build
rest 2 minutes 

B) On the minute, for 20 minutes 
Minute 1 – 18 Wall balls
Minute 2 – 13/9 Bike calories
Minute 3 – 12 Burpees
Minute 4 – 9 Handstand Pushups
