Finding Intensity in CrossFit Again Breaking Muscle

A) 4 sets of:
Bench Press x 3-5 reps 
Building to a heavy set
rest 90 seconds 
Weighted Chinup x 3-5 reps
rest 90 seconds 

B) Every minute, on the minute, until failure:
Minute 1 – 7 Burpees
Minute 2 – 7 Pullups
Each round add 2 burpees. The workout is over when you can’t finish the prescribed reps with in the minute.

Each round add 2 burpees.
