Strength: Make up a lift from this week that you missed. Or..
3 sets of:
-Muscle up (progression) x 6 reps (Low rings, banded transitions, muscle downs ect.)
Rest 90 seconds
-Toe To Bar (progression x 10-12 reps (knees to stomach, knees to elbow)
Rest 90 seconds
-Drop Snatch with empty bar x 3-5 reps. No dip or drive, just drop (or practice overhead squat)
Rest 90 seconds
