Strength: A) Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets): Front squat ×5 reps (work to 5 RM)
B) Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes (3 sets): Push press x 5, 3, 2 reps

WOD: Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets):
12 Push press @60-70% of heaviest set from B
24 Double unders
6 Strict Chinups
12 Burpees

Strength: A) Front Squat + Jerk
*Set 1 – 55%
*Set 2 – 65%
*Set 3 – 75%
*Set 4 – 80%
*Set 5 – 85%
*Set 6 – 90%
*Set 7 – 95%
*Set 8 – 101-105% of previous 1-RM
Rest as needed

WOD 1: For max meters:
8 Minutes of Rowing 

Rest 2 minutes

WOD 2: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
10 Overhead Squats (135/95 lbs – taken from the floor)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
