3 Ring Muscle Ups  (Try to use the rings. You may sub bar muscle ups. Otherwise do toes to bar and burpees)

12 Burpees 
60 second rest 

B) For Time   *10 minute time cap
100 Calorie Row

C) 10 Rounds For Time  **12 minute time cap
5 Kipping Handstand Pushups  (if these are easy for you put each and on 25 lb plate and go to deficit) 
8 Box Jumps (24/20″) step down
