3 rounds for reps
1 minute Wall ball shot
1 minute Sumo deadlift highpull 75/55
1 minute Box jumps 24/20
1 minute Push press 75/55
1 minute Row calories

Perform as many reps as possible for each movement within the 1 minute time before partner takes over and continues for another minute. You will rotate through each of the 5 movements 3 times. We will forego the 1 minute rest as you each will rest at each station.
