A) On the minute, for 18 minutes:
Minute 1: Row
Minute 2: Bike
Minute 3: Jump Rope

B) In teams of 2:
22 Minute AMRAP
6 Bar Muscle Ups

200 meter Run

Both partners work at the same time. Each partner must complete 3 Bar Muscle Ups. You don’t have to run together but one can’t start muscle ups until both have returned from the run. If you can do strict pull-ups and dips then play with transitions or a spotter. If you don’t have strict pull-ups and dips then the sub is 3+3 per muscle up rep.
