Coaching Starting Strength

A) Three sets of:
Back Squat x 6-8 reps 
Rest 60 seconds
Lying Banded Hamstring Curls x 15-20 reps 
Rest 60 seconds
Hollow Body Roll to Superman x 6 rolls each way
Rest 60 seconds

B) 12 Rounds
Row 90 seconds 
rest 30 seconds 

Set the monitor to intervals

A) Back Squat
Set 1: 5 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 5 reps @ 70%
Set 3: Max reps @ 80%
rest as needed

Set 3 is a max rep set, stopping 1 rep shy of failure.

B) 8 Minute AMRAP
3,6,9,12,15,18,21..etc
Deadlifts 185/125
3,3,3,6,6,6,9..etc
Dumbbell front squats 50/35

Both stations require unbroken reps
