Slow Clean Pull + Slow Hang Squat Clean

(5 seconds up, 5 seconds down. 2 second pause in the bottom of the front squat)

B) On the minute, for 10 minutes:
Odd: 10 Heavy Russian Swings 

Even: 15 Wall balls 20/14

Odd: 21 Anchored sit-ups
Even: 12 Reverse lunges
