Man Walks on Hands for 6 Hours a Day boingboing (video)

A) Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets):
Dip x 5 reps
rest 2 min

B) In teams of 3
15 minute AMRAP
1 Bar muscle up
3 Chest to bar pull-ups
5 pull-ups

Perform full rounds conga-line style, with one person working at a time; Exiting athlete runs a hard 200-ft shuttle.  Scale the bar muscle up with jumping bar muscle ups and the chest to bar pull up with a band. 

A) Build to a 5 rep max weighted dip
Then perform 1 max rep set at bodyweight

B) In teams of 3
