Getting the Bar Past the Knees in the Snatch and Clean -Catalyst Athletics

A) Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes:
Clean Deadlift + 4 Second Lower to Floor + Squat Clean
(Heavier than last week but focus on executing perfect positions.

B) On the minute, for 20 minutes:
Min 1 – Run 100 meters
Min 2 – Row 175/150 meters
Min 3 – Bike .15/.12 miles
Min 4 – AMRAP wall balls 20/14
