Strict Dip x 3-5 reps
no rest
Pushup x 5-10 reps
rest 2 minutes

B) In teams of 2
4 Rounds
Run 800m
Row 800m
*25min time cap

Partner A runs while partner B rows, then partner A rows while partner B runs. This equals 1 round.

Weighted Dip x 3-5 reps
no rest
Strict Dip x 5-10 reps
rest 2 minutes

B) In teams of 2
4 Rounds
Run 800m
Row 800m
*25min time cap
