No 5am class today. All other classes the same. 

A) 3 sets of:
Bench Press 
x 8
rest 60 seconds

Dumbbell Front Rack Step-Ups x 8 each leg
rest 60 seconds 

Use a controlled “faster up-slower down” tempo for both movements. Go heavier than last weeks 8’s. Use a box height that allows for “squat depth” on the working leg.

B) Every 2 Minutes, for 20 minutes: 
30 Second Row for Max Meters
