Burpees Never Get Old -Breaking Muscle

 

A) Every 90 seconds, for 10 sets:
Snatch Grip Deadlift + Mid-Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

Use the first few sets to build, with the goal of making a few reps at a heavy weight. Then drop the weight for the final 2 reps.
