Come to Sunset stadium in Sumner this Saturday to watch 12 teammate on 6 teams compete at the Sumner Smackdown! Competition starts at 9am!

How I Trained My Motor Cortex to Help Me Squat More- BarBend

A) On the minute, for 10 sets:
 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk

Use the first few sets to build, planning to make 5-7 reps at around 90% of last week’s best lift.

B) In 14 minutes, complete the following couplet:

Power clean 10-8-6-4-2.  (95/65)
Single Unders 100-100-100-100

In the remaining time, complete as many Jumping Chest To Bar Pull-ups as possible. 

*tiebreak time is the the completion time for the couplet.

A) On the minute, for 10 sets:
Clean + Jerk x 1 rep

Use the first few sets to build, planning to make 5-7 reps at around 90% of last week’s best lift.

B) Cascade Classic Event 6

In 14 minutes, complete the following couplet:

Power clean 10-8-6-4-2.  (155/105)
Double-unders 50-50-50-50-50

In the remaining time, complete as many ring muscle-ups as possible.
