There will not be an 8am intro class today. Open Gym will run from 8-10am!

Come to Sunset stadium in Sumner today to watch 12 teammate on 6 teams compete at the Sumner Smackdown! Competition starts at 9am!


A) 4 sets of:
Back Squat + Front Squat x 6 reps 

Rest 60 seconds
3-Point Dumbbell Row x 6 reps
rest 60 seconds 

*Perform 2 work sets of Back Squats followed by 2 work set of Front Squats. After each set of squats perform the DB Rows.  Heavier than last weeks 8’s

B) 12 Minute AMRAP
15 Calories on a machine

12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches 50/35
9 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
