Press x 5 reps 
rest 90 seconds 

Add 2 1/2 – 5 lbs to last week. 

B) 3 sets of:
 Deadlift x 3 reps 
Build to a tough set .

C) Every 6 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets):
10 Hanging Knee Raises 
12 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters 35/20
13/10 Calorie Row
12 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters 35/20
10 Hanging Knee Raises 

Goal is to increase pace round by round. 

A) 3 sets of:   Exposure 4 of 8
Press x 6
rest 90 seconds

A little heavier than last week.

B) 3 sets of:
Deadlift x 3 reps
Build to a tough set

C) Every 6 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets):
10 Toes to bar
