2019 Granite Games is Second Announced Sanctioned CrossFit Event -Morning Chalk Up

A) 5 Rounds:
1 minute close grip bench press 135/75
15 seconds transition 
1 minute pull-ups 
15 seconds transition 
1 minute max calories on the assault bike 

rest 3 minutes between rounds 

Everyone starts with bench press so stagger as needed. Pullups can be kipping or strict today. If you need practice kipping then kip. Otherwise, perform these strict and get that pump! Go hard because you get a 3 minute rest. Score is combined reps and cals.
