Dubai CrossFit Championship is First Sanctioned CrossFit Event -Morning Chalk Up

A) 3 sets of
Press x 5 reps 
rest 90 seconds 

Add 2 1/2 – 5 lbs to last week. 

B) 3 sets of:
 Sumo Deadlift x 5 reps 
Build to a tough set .

After a few warm up sets, perform one heavy (but not max effort) set of 5 reps, heavier than Week 1.

C) 15 Minute AMRAP
15 Pushups
15 Wallballs 20/14
200 Meter Run

A) 3 sets of:   Exposure 5 of 8
Press x 4 reps
rest 90 seconds

A little heavier than last week.

B) 3 sets of:
Sumo Deadlift x 5 reps

After a few warm up sets, perform one heavy (but not max effort) set of 5 reps, heavier than Week 1. 

C) 15 Minute AMRAP
15 Handstand Pushups 
15 Wallballs 20/14
200 Meter Run
