Why You Feel Nauseous on the Air Bike -OPEX

A) 3 sets of:
Back Squats x 5 reps
rest 2 minutes

Heavier than last week. 

B) 4-5 Rounds Not for Time:
30 meter (down/back) Sled Push, AHAP
Lateral wall walk x 10 steps each direction, or handstand box drill (half around left, half right)
90-120s on a machine 

A) 3 sets of:
Back Squat x 5 reps @65%
Rest 2 minutes

This is a deload day for the Back Squat. Not meant to be tough. 

A) 4-5 Rounds Not for Time:
Back Rack Reverse Lunge x 5 reps each leg. Goal is to build to 100% of body weight. 
25′ Handstand Walk
90-120s on a machine
