Begin set one at a pace you can maintain through set 5. The goal is sustainability. 

A) 5 sets of:
2 minute AMRAP
12 Calorie Row
12 Wallball Jump Thrusters (20/14 ~ perform a thruster using a WB, finish by jumping off of the ground)

rest 2 minutes
2 minute AMRAP 
20 Overhead Squats 95/65
10 Dumbbell Push Ups (perform a strict push up, knees off the floor, with hands on dumbbells/neutral grip)
rest 2 minutes
